If you live in a country like Malaysia, humidity can be a real issue. For this reason, you should make sure you use breathable clothes and sheets. Moreover, this is a breathable fabric so this pillow will stay cool at night.
The cover is removable and machine-washable and this is something that I love about it. Just make sure to use a mild detergent and a gentle cycle when you wash it. The cover feels soft and it looks more premium than its price tag suggests. The design is a modern one and you will find small details of the Sonno branding. Before choosing your next pillow, you should first think of the way you prefer to sleep. According to that, you should choose a pillow with the right profile (height). The Sonno pillow measures 12cm in height which makes it ideal for back and side sleepers. If you are a stomach sleeper, you should probably look for a pillow that measures 10cm or less.
For the past two weeks, I have been sleeping with the Sonno pillow and it did an excellent job when sleeping on my side and back. Unfortunately, for the stomach position, the performance wasn’t the same as this pillow felt too thick. The memory foam did a good job supporting my head and neck but also managed to eliminate any pressure points. The last part impressed me and I can say with confidence that this is a great pillow which does what it promises.
Is this a pillow I should consider?
